Overview
Oregon State's Terry Baker won the 1962 Heisman, the first for a player from a West Coast school. Dennis Erickson's 2000 team went 11-1 and routed Notre Dame in the Fiesta Bowl, and Mike Riley led the Beavers across two stints. After the Pac-12's breakup, Oregon State and Washington State were the conference's two remaining members and set about rebuilding it.
