Overview

Wake Forest, one of the smallest schools in major college football, won ACC titles in 1970 and 2006, the latter under Jim Grobe with an Orange Bowl berth. Dave Clawson, the program's winningest coach, led a long run of bowl appearances and an 11-win season in 2021.
